Caminos y Sabores 2027 runs from 8 to 11 July 2027 at BA Ferial, Av. Costanera Rafael Obligado 1221, in the Costa Salguero complex. Opening hours are 12:00 to 20:00 each day.
The 2026 edition, the 20th, drew 100,000 visitors, more than 500 entrepreneurs and over 40 guest chefs, according to the organisers' release. Presale tickets are sold through Mundo Ticket.
